What is a Fully Ready Plant?
A Fully Ready Plant is a complete cold press oil extraction setup sold as one package: the expeller, a filter press and an electric motor. The 10 HP Normal plant also includes a seed cleaner (grader). You provide the power connection and raw seeds.
What is the difference between a Fully Ready Plant and a Basic Ready Plant?
A Fully Ready Plant includes the electric motor. A Basic Ready Plant is the same kind of expeller and filter press line without a motor, for buyers who already own a motor or want to use another power source such as a tractor PTO or generator engine.
Which Fully Ready Plant should I choose?
The 10 HP Normal plant (100-150 KG/HR) suits new businesses and retail outlets. The 10 HP Heavy plant (150-180 KG/HR) suits continuous daily production on tougher seeds. The 15 HP Flagship plant (200-250 KG/HR) suits multi-shift, high-volume factories.
