The B.Tech Mastermind Who
Rewrote The Rules
When the Indian oil mill industry was stuck using 50-year-old local technology, one engineer decided to introduce modern physics, thermodynamics, and high-efficiency mechanics to the factory floor. Meet Mr. Nitin Yadav.
"An oil expeller is not a mere grinder. It is a thermodynamic engine. If you do not respect the mathematical relationship between gear ratios, friction, and seed biology, you will only produce burnt oil and broken machines."
— Mr. Nitin Yadav, B.Tech Engineer & TechVMouta Founder
The 3 Engineering Masterstrokes
For decades, local fabricators used cheap, straight-cut Spur Gears. Under the extreme 10-hour torque required for crushing hard seeds like Mustard and Groundnut, these gears vibrated violently and snapped.
The Fix: Mr. Nitin Yadav pioneered the integration of Case-Hardened Japanese Helical Gearboxes into commercial expellers. Because helical teeth engage gradually, the torque is distributed evenly.
- 100% vibration-free factory operation.
- Eliminates deafening mechanical noise.
- Zero gear-breakdowns during 24/7 peak season production.
Traditional induction motors waste massive amounts of electricity simply trying to generate a magnetic field. This "rotor copper loss" was inflating electricity bills and eating away at the mill owner's profits.
The Fix: Acting as an energy auditor, Mr. Yadav introduced PM Series Motors to TechVMouta's Full Ready Plants. These motors possess their own magnetic field, meaning 100% of the electricity goes directly into crushing power.
- Instantly slashes monthly electricity bills by up to 30%.
- Runs extremely cool, preventing motor burnouts.
- Delivers higher crushing capacity at a lower HP rating.
The biggest lie in the Indian market was "Fake Cold Press". Local machines generated so much internal friction that the oil boiled inside the chamber at 80°C - 100°C, destroying Omega-3 nutrients and original aroma.
The Fix: Using his mechanical engineering background, Mr. Yadav mathematically redesigned the geometry and spacing of the worm shafts inside the crushing chamber. He optimized the friction-to-yield ratio to perfection.
- Guarantees oil exits at just 3°C to 4°C above room temp.
- Preserves 100% of the seed's native vitamins and antioxidants.
- Allows owners to sell "True Kachi Ghani" at a massive premium.
