1. Introduction

Welcome to TechVMouta ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechVMouta website, products, quotations, commercial transactions, technical support, customer services, communications and all related business activities.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between TechVMouta and every visitor, customer, dealer, distributor, reseller, supplier, commercial buyer, industrial buyer or any other person interacting with our business directly or indirectly.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, communicating with our representatives, placing an enquiry, purchasing products or using any service offered by TechVMouta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you should discontinue the use of this website and refrain from purchasing or using our products or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, these Terms shall apply to every quotation, order, invoice, communication, technical discussion, customer support interaction and commercial transaction conducted by TechVMouta.

1.2 Business Nature

TechVMouta operates as a commercial business engaged in manufacturing, trading, distribution, sourcing, marketing, sales, technical support and future expansion of industrial, electrical, renewable energy and technology-oriented products.

The Company reserves the right to expand, discontinue, redesign, modify or introduce new products, product categories, business models and services without prior notice.

1.3 Acceptance Of Terms

By continuing to browse this website, contacting the Company, requesting quotations or purchasing products, you confirm that you voluntarily accept these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms shall be deemed valid whether communication takes place through the website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, physical meetings or any other official communication channel of TechVMouta.


2. Definitions

For the purpose of this document, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise.

2.1 Company

"Company" refers to TechVMouta and its authorised representatives, management, employees, affiliates and business operations.

2.2 Website

The official online platform operated under the TechVMouta brand including all webpages, digital content and future online services.

2.3 Customer

Any person or organisation purchasing, intending to purchase or enquiring about Company products or services.

2.4 Commercial Customer

Any business entity purchasing products for commercial, industrial or business use.

2.5 Dealer

Any person or organisation authorised by TechVMouta to market or sell products under separate commercial arrangements.

2.6 Distributor

An authorised distribution partner responsible for supplying products within approved territories or markets.

2.7 Product

Any physical product, equipment, machine, electrical device, accessory, spare part or future product offered by TechVMouta.

2.8 Machine

Unless otherwise specified, "Machine" refers to Cold Press Oil Expeller systems supplied by TechVMouta.

2.9 Technical Support

Support provided through telephone, WhatsApp, video calls or paid on-site visits, subject to applicable policies.

2.10 Warranty

A limited warranty applicable only where specifically stated under the Company's Warranty & Service Policy.

2.11 Business Day

Monday to Saturday excluding officially declared public holidays unless otherwise announced by the Company.

2.12 Working Hours

Official customer support hours are 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Indian Standard Time), Monday through Saturday. The Company remains closed on Sundays unless otherwise communicated.

2.13 Operator

An individual who is at least 21 years of age and appropriately trained to operate the relevant machinery in accordance with Company guidance and applicable safety practices.

2.14 Order

Any confirmed purchase request accepted by the Company through written communication or other approved methods.

2.15 Quotation

A commercial proposal issued by the Company describing products, pricing and applicable commercial terms.

2.16 Invoice

The official commercial document issued by the Company for products and/or services supplied.


3. Website Usage

The TechVMouta website has been developed to provide information regarding the Company's products, services, business activities, technical capabilities, customer support and future developments. The information published on this website is intended to assist customers, dealers, distributors, industrial buyers and business partners in understanding the Company's offerings.

Use of this website must always be lawful, ethical and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any misuse of this website may result in restriction of access, cancellation of services or legal action wherever applicable.

3.1 Permitted Use

Users may access this website solely for genuine personal, commercial or industrial purposes including but not limited to: Learning about Company products, Requesting quotations, Contacting the Company, Dealer enquiries, Commercial purchases, Business collaborations, Technical information, Service requests, Product comparisons, Business research.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service or communication where the purpose appears unlawful, abusive or inconsistent with legitimate business activity.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not directly or indirectly engage in any activity that may negatively affect the Company, its website, employees, products, customers or business operations.

Without limitation, the following activities are prohibited: Using the website for unlawful purposes, Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Company systems, Uploading malicious software or viruses, Attempting to disrupt website functionality, Providing false identity or misleading business information, Impersonating Company representatives, Using automated bots for abusive scraping or data extraction, Publishing misleading information regarding the Company, Copying substantial website content without written permission, Using the Company's intellectual property without authorization, Interfering with customer support operations, Attempting to manipulate quotations or commercial negotiations through fraudulent means.

The Company reserves all rights to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

3.3 Eligibility

The Company's products and services are intended primarily for responsible individuals, commercial establishments, industrial entities, business organisations and authorised representatives capable of entering into legally binding transactions.

Where operation of machinery is involved, the Company recommends that operation be carried out only by appropriately trained individuals. For machinery supplied by the Company, operators should be at least 21 years of age and possess sufficient operational knowledge or training before use.

The Company may refuse to process orders, quotations or service requests where information provided appears incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent with legitimate commercial practices.

3.4 User Responsibilities

Every user agrees to use the Company's website, products and services responsibly.

Users are responsible for: Providing accurate personal or business information, Reviewing quotations before confirmation, Maintaining confidentiality of communication where appropriate, Ensuring products are used for their intended purpose, Following operating instructions supplied with products, Maintaining products in accordance with Company recommendations, Ensuring installation environments are suitable for the relevant product, Promptly reporting visible transit damage in accordance with Company policies, Maintaining purchase records including invoices and warranty documentation where applicable.

3.5 Communication Policy

Official communication with TechVMouta may take place through one or more approved channels including telephone, WhatsApp, email, website enquiry forms or other officially designated communication platforms.

Business communications are generally handled during the Company's official working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (IST). Sunday: Closed.

Technical support may be provided through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls or paid on-site visits, depending on the nature of the request and availability of Company personnel.

The Company reserves the right to retain business communications for quality assurance, training, record-keeping, dispute resolution and service improvement purposes, subject to applicable law and the Company's Privacy Policy.

3.6 Respectful Conduct

TechVMouta believes in maintaining professional and respectful communication with every customer, dealer, supplier and business partner.

The Company may suspend, limit or discontinue non-essential communications or services where there is repeated abusive behaviour, threats, harassment, use of offensive language or conduct that jeopardises the safety or dignity of Company personnel. Such measures, where taken, do not affect any rights or obligations that continue to apply under applicable law or existing contractual commitments.

3.7 Future Changes

The Company may modify, expand, redesign or discontinue any part of its website, products, services, policies or business operations from time to time. Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.


4. Products & Services

TechVMouta develops, manufactures, sources, markets and supplies products intended for commercial, industrial and professional applications. The Company continuously expands its portfolio and reserves the right to introduce, discontinue, replace or modify any product or service without prior notice.

Product availability may vary depending upon production schedules, inventory, supplier availability, logistics, regional demand or other operational considerations.

4.1 Product Categories

Products offered by TechVMouta may include, but are not limited to: Cold Press Oil Expellers, Mainline Protectors, Permanent Magnet Motors, BLDC Fans, Air Coolers, Solar Products & Solutions, Copper Wires & Cables, Accessories, Spare Parts, Future Products introduced by the Company.

The Company may modify its product portfolio at any time as part of business expansion, technological improvements or market requirements.

4.2 Product Information

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and technical information published by the Company are accurate at the time of publication.

However, due to continuous research, engineering improvements, supplier changes, manufacturing revisions or product development, specifications may change from time to time.

Customers are encouraged to verify the latest specifications before confirming any commercial order.

4.3 Product Images

Images displayed on the website, catalogues, brochures, advertisements or social media are intended to provide a general representation of the relevant product.

Actual appearance, colour shade, finish, branding placement, accessories supplied, dimensions or minor cosmetic details may vary depending upon manufacturing revisions, suppliers or production batches.

4.4 Technical Specifications

Technical information published by the Company is intended to assist customers during product selection.

Performance of any product may vary depending upon installation conditions, operating environment, maintenance practices, power quality, operator skill and numerous other practical factors beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the selected product is suitable for their intended application.

4.5 Quotations

Every quotation issued by TechVMouta is a commercial proposal prepared according to the information available at the time of issue.

Quotation validity shall be mentioned on the quotation document itself. After expiry of the stated validity period, pricing, specifications, taxes, freight or commercial terms may be revised without further notice.

Unless confirmed by the Company in writing, a quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

4.6 Pricing

Product prices are determined according to prevailing commercial conditions, manufacturing costs, raw material prices, supplier pricing, logistics expenses, taxation and other operational factors.

The Company reserves the right to revise product prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

Any promotional pricing, dealer pricing or project pricing shall apply only for the specific quotation issued by the Company and shall not automatically apply to future purchases.

4.7 Taxes

Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged according to prevailing Government regulations unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation or invoice.

4.8 Order Confirmation

An order shall generally be considered confirmed only after: Receipt of the required advance payment, Commercial acceptance by the Company, Availability of the requested product, Completion of any required documentation.

The Company reserves the right to decline or defer any order where commercial, operational or regulatory requirements cannot reasonably be satisfied.

4.9 Advance Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are generally required to pay an advance amount of approximately 20% to 25% of the order value before production, procurement or order processing begins.

Different commercial arrangements may apply for dealers, distributors, institutional buyers or specially negotiated projects where agreed in writing.

4.10 Balance Payment

The remaining payment shall ordinarily become payable before dispatch of goods unless a separate written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to withhold dispatch until the applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled.

4.11 Payment Methods

The Company currently accepts payment through one or more of the following approved methods: UPI, RTGS, NEFT, Bank Transfer, Cheque (subject to clearance), Cash (where legally permissible).

Payments shall be treated as received only after successful realisation and confirmation by the Company's banking system.

4.12 Custom Orders

Products manufactured, modified or specially prepared according to customer specifications may be treated as custom orders.

Such orders may require different commercial terms, including advance payment requirements or full payment before dispatch, depending upon the nature of the project.

Commercial conditions applicable to custom orders shall be communicated separately wherever required.


5. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

TechVMouta is committed to dispatching products in a safe and professional manner. Dispatch schedules may vary depending upon product availability, manufacturing schedules, payment confirmation, customization requirements, transportation availability, public holidays and circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Estimated dispatch or delivery dates are provided solely for planning purposes unless expressly guaranteed in writing by the Company.

5.1 Dispatch Process

Products shall generally be prepared for dispatch only after: Order confirmation, Required advance payment, Completion of production (if applicable), Receipt of remaining payment before dispatch (unless otherwise agreed in writing), Completion of internal dispatch procedures.

The Company reserves the right to postpone dispatch where payment obligations remain incomplete or additional verification becomes necessary.

5.2 Shipping Coverage

At present, the Company primarily supplies products within India.

International supply or export, if undertaken in the future, shall be governed by separate commercial agreements.

5.3 Transportation

Transportation may be arranged through independent third-party logistics providers, transport agencies or freight carriers.

Such transport agencies operate independently from TechVMouta and are not employees, representatives or agents of the Company.

5.4 Delivery Charges

Delivery or freight charges may either be included or charged separately depending upon: Product category, Delivery location, Order quantity, Commercial agreement, Quotation terms.

Applicable freight charges shall normally be mentioned in the quotation, invoice or other commercial documents.

5.5 Loading & Unloading

The Company shall normally arrange loading of products from its own facility.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unloading at the destination shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable manpower, lifting equipment, forklifts, cranes or other unloading facilities wherever required.

5.6 Transit Risk

After goods are handed over to the transport agency or carrier, transportation shall be performed by the independent logistics provider.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages carefully upon delivery before accepting the shipment.

5.7 Delivery Inspection

Immediately after receiving the shipment, customers should inspect: Outer packaging, Visible physical damage, Product quantity, Accessories supplied, Serial numbers where applicable, Visible transportation damage.

5.8 Damage Reporting

If any visible physical damage is observed during unloading or unboxing, the customer should document the condition through clear photographs and videos.

Visible transit damage should be reported to the Company within approximately two (2) hours of receipt together with supporting photographic or video evidence wherever reasonably possible.

Early reporting helps facilitate coordination with the transport agency and assessment of the shipment.

5.9 Customer Responsibilities During Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring: Safe unloading, Proper handling, Adequate storage, Protection against rain, Protection against excessive moisture, Protection against accidental impact, Safe movement to installation location.

5.10 Storage Before Installation

Until installation begins, products should preferably be stored in a clean, dry and secure indoor environment.

Products should not be exposed to excessive rainfall, flooding, prolonged standing water or conditions likely to cause avoidable deterioration.

5.11 Delay In Delivery

Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances including but not limited to: Transport delays, Road closures, Weather conditions, Government restrictions, Natural disasters, Labour shortages, Public holidays, Force majeure events.

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays where practical.

5.12 Delivery Acceptance

Acceptance of delivery indicates that the customer has taken possession of the shipment.

Customers are encouraged to complete inspection as early as reasonably possible after receipt and to retain packaging materials until inspection is completed.

5.13 Insurance

Where transportation involves insurance arranged through an independent logistics provider or another third party, any applicable insurance shall remain subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of that provider.

Unless expressly stated in writing, TechVMouta does not provide a separate transportation insurance policy on behalf of the customer.

5.14 Shipping Policy Reference

Additional provisions relating to dispatch, freight, transportation, delivery, return eligibility, replacement procedures and related commercial matters may also be governed by the Company's dedicated Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.


6. Installation & Technical Support

The Company is committed to providing guidance and technical assistance for its products. Proper installation, operation and routine maintenance play an important role in achieving satisfactory product performance and service life.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location, electrical supply, operating environment and operator competency are suitable for the relevant product.

6.1 Installation Responsibility

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, installation shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers may install products using qualified personnel of their own choice, provided installation is performed correctly and in accordance with applicable instructions and good engineering practices.

6.2 Company Installation Service

Where requested by the customer and accepted by the Company, installation assistance may be provided by Company personnel.

At present, installation support for Cold Press Oil Expeller machines is generally available on a chargeable basis.

The standard installation assistance charge is presently ₹5,000 per machine unless otherwise agreed in writing or revised by the Company.

Travel expenses, accommodation or other site-specific expenses, where applicable, may be charged separately.

6.3 Site Readiness

Before requesting installation, customers should ensure that the installation site is adequately prepared.

  • Sufficient working space.
  • Safe access for unloading.
  • Required electrical connection.
  • Suitable operating environment.
  • A clean installation location.

6.4 Operator Requirements

Machinery supplied by the Company should only be operated by responsible individuals who understand its intended operation.

For Company machinery, operators should satisfy the following minimum requirements: Minimum age of 21 years, Adequate operational training, Ability to understand operating instructions, Awareness of basic safety practices, Ability to stop operation if abnormal conditions are observed.

6.5 Operating Environment

Products should generally be operated in a clean, dry and reasonably protected environment unless specifically designed for different operating conditions.

Cold Press Oil Expeller machines may operate with the limited process moisture normally associated with seed preparation. However, machines should not be exposed to excessive water, flooding, continuous rain or water immersion.

Customers should take reasonable precautions to protect equipment from avoidable environmental damage.

6.6 Power Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing an electrical supply suitable for the product being installed: Proper operating voltage, Stable electrical supply, Suitable motor connection where applicable, Correct phase configuration where required.

Operation under improper electrical conditions may affect product performance.

6.7 Generator & Solar Compatibility

Where technically suitable, products may be operated using conventional electrical supply, generators or compatible solar-powered systems.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the supplied electrical power meets the operating requirements of the relevant product.

6.8 Cleaning & Routine Care

Customers are responsible for routine cleaning and day-to-day care of products after installation.

Regular cleaning helps maintain proper operation and contributes to long-term product performance.

6.9 Technical Support

The Company currently provides technical support through one or more of the following channels: Telephone Support, WhatsApp Support, Video Call Assistance, Paid On-Site Technical Visit (where available).

Technical support is generally available during the Company's official working hours unless otherwise communicated.

6.10 Technical Support Duration

Cold Press Oil Expeller machines are currently supported with technical assistance for up to ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, subject to availability of technical resources, spare parts and applicable Company policies.

Technical support should not be interpreted as an extension of the product warranty.

6.11 Service Visits

Where a customer requests an on-site visit by Company personnel, such visits may be chargeable.

Applicable charges may include, where relevant: Service charges, Travel expenses, Accommodation expenses, Replacement parts, Applicable taxes.

6.12 Unauthorized Repairs

Customers should avoid unauthorized repairs, structural modifications, welding, tampering, seal removal or use of non-approved replacement components where such actions may affect product integrity.

Such actions may affect eligibility under the applicable Warranty & Service Policy.

6.13 Product Improvements

The Company may introduce engineering improvements, manufacturing revisions or product enhancements from time to time without any obligation to retrofit or replace products previously supplied.

6.14 Reference To Warranty Policy

Detailed warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, service conditions and product-specific provisions are governed by the Company's separate Warranty & Service Policy, which should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.


7. Warranty, Technical Support & After-Sales Service

TechVMouta is committed to providing reliable after-sales assistance and technical guidance. Warranty coverage, technical support and paid service are separate services and should not be interpreted as having the same scope or duration.

Customers are advised to carefully read this section together with the Company's dedicated Warranty & Service Policy before operating any product supplied by the Company.

7.1 Warranty Overview

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty coverage shall apply only to products specifically covered under the Company's Warranty & Service Policy.

Different products may have different warranty periods, exclusions and service procedures.

7.2 Cold Press Oil Expeller Machines

  • Limited Warranty: 1 Year
  • Technical Support: 10 Years
  • Warranty and Technical Support are separate services.

7.3 Warranty Card

Customers should retain the original warranty card together with the purchase invoice.

Warranty claims may require submission of the original warranty card and proof of purchase.

7.4 Warranty Claim Procedure

Customers requesting warranty assistance may be required to provide: Purchase Invoice, Warranty Card, Product Serial Number, Clear Images, Videos explaining the issue, Description of the reported fault.

Additional technical information may be requested wherever reasonably necessary.

7.5 Inspection Before Approval

Warranty approval shall remain subject to inspection by the Company or its authorised personnel.

The Company reserves the right to inspect products before determining whether the reported issue falls within applicable warranty coverage.

7.6 On-Site Inspection

Where inspection at the customer's premises becomes necessary, applicable travelling expenses, service visit charges and related costs may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing.

7.7 Product Return For Inspection

Depending upon the nature of the issue, customers may be requested to send the product or the affected component to the Company's designated service facility for inspection.

Transportation to and from the service location shall generally remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7.8 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage may not apply where inspection indicates that damage or malfunction has resulted from circumstances including, but not limited to: Physical damage, Accidental damage, Fire, Flood, Water immersion, Improper storage, Improper installation, Improper operation, Improper voltage, Use beyond intended application, Unauthorized repair, Unauthorized welding, Unauthorized modification, Removal or alteration of serial number, Broken warranty seal where applicable, Use of duplicate or non-approved spare parts, Negligence in routine maintenance, Failure to follow Company recommendations.

7.9 Warranty Void Conditions

Without limiting any other applicable exclusions, warranty eligibility may be affected where: The warranty card is unavailable, The invoice cannot reasonably establish proof of purchase, The product serial number has been removed, damaged or altered, The product has been intentionally modified without Company approval, Factory seals, where applicable, have been removed or tampered with, The product has been dismantled by unauthorised persons.

7.10 Mainline Protector

Where a Mainline Protector has been modified, tampered with, opened, altered or subjected to unauthorised practical experimentation, warranty coverage may not apply.

7.11 Machine Modification

Structural modification, fabrication changes, welding, drilling, cutting or mechanical alteration performed without written approval from the Company may affect warranty eligibility.

7.12 Spare Parts

Customers are encouraged to use original spare parts supplied or approved by TechVMouta wherever applicable.

Use of incompatible or non-approved components may affect product performance and may influence warranty eligibility where the failure is connected to such modifications.

7.13 Technical Support

Technical Support may include: Phone Support, WhatsApp Support, Video Call Assistance, Paid On-site Support, General Technical Guidance.

Technical Support does not automatically include free replacement parts, free labour or free on-site service.

7.14 Return Policy Reference

Returns, replacement eligibility and commercial matters shall also be governed by the Company's Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.

7.15 Cancellation

Customers should carefully review quotations and order details before confirming any purchase.

Cancellation requests received after commercial acceptance, commencement of processing, procurement, production or dispatch preparation may not be accepted or may be subject to the commercial terms agreed between the parties and applicable law.

7.16 Refunds

Refund requests, if any, shall be evaluated in accordance with the Company's Shipping, Return & Refund Policy, the applicable commercial agreement and relevant legal requirements. Where a refund is not available under the agreed terms or applicable law, the Company may decline the request.

7.17 Future Warranty Revisions

The Company reserves the right to revise warranty procedures, technical support processes and after-sales policies for future sales. Such revisions shall not automatically alter obligations arising from earlier completed transactions unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with TechVMouta, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, website content, product descriptions, brochures, technical documents, software, source code, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, illustrations, downloadable documents and other proprietary materials are owned by or lawfully licensed to the Company unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing contained within this website shall be interpreted as granting any license, ownership right or permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or commercially exploit any intellectual property belonging to TechVMouta without prior written authorization.

8.1 Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, all written material, product descriptions, specifications, graphics, layouts, website structure, downloadable files and other published content are protected under applicable copyright laws.

No person may copy, reproduce, translate, distribute, republish, store or commercially exploit any substantial portion of such content without written permission from the Company.

8.2 Trademarks

The names "TechVMouta", associated logos, product branding, slogans, trade dress and related brand identifiers are proprietary assets of the Company.

Unauthorized use of Company branding in advertisements, websites, marketplaces, catalogues, packaging or promotional material is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

8.3 Website Content

This Annexure specifically governs the supply, installation, operation, maintenance, technical support and warranty conditions applicable to Cold Press Oil Expeller Machines supplied by TechVMouta. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the provisions contained within this Annexure shall apply together with all other applicable sections of these Terms & Conditions.

A.1 Intended Use

Cold Press Oil Expeller Machines supplied by TechVMouta are designed primarily for commercial and industrial oil extraction applications. Customers shall ensure that the machine is used only for its intended purpose and under suitable operating conditions.

A.2 Operator Requirements

  • Minimum Age : 21 Years
  • Operator should be properly trained.
  • Operator should understand machine operation.
  • Operator should understand emergency shutdown.
  • Operator should understand daily cleaning procedures.
  • Operator should understand lubrication schedule.
  • Operator should understand safety precautions.

A.3 Operating Hours

Under normal operating conditions and proper maintenance, the machine is generally suitable for approximately 12–14 hours of continuous operation. Under favourable operating conditions with appropriate maintenance and supervision, longer operating durations may be possible depending upon product configuration and operating environment.

A.4 Operating Environment

The machine should preferably be installed indoors. Customers should protect the machine from: Heavy Rain, Flooding, Standing Water, Water Immersion, Direct Weather Exposure, Excessive Moisture.

Normal process moisture associated with oilseed preparation may be used where appropriate.

A.5 Storage

When not in operation, the machine should be stored in a clean, dry and protected environment. Proper storage helps reduce unnecessary wear and environmental damage.

A.6 Electrical Supply

Customers are responsible for providing proper electrical supply suitable for the installed machine: Proper Voltage, Proper RPM, Suitable Motor, Proper Electrical Connection.

Improper electrical conditions may adversely affect performance.

A.7 Generator & Solar Operation

Where technically suitable, the machine may be operated using compatible generator systems or suitable solar-powered electrical systems. Customers remain responsible for ensuring electrical compatibility.

A.8 Daily Cleaning

Routine cleaning should be carried out after normal machine operation. Regular cleaning contributes to better hygiene, smoother operation and longer service life.

A.9 Lubrication

Customers are responsible for routine lubrication, greasing and maintenance as recommended by the Company. Failure to carry out reasonable maintenance may affect long-term product performance.

This Annexure governs the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, warranty conditions and technical support applicable to Mainline Protectors supplied by TechVMouta. Unless specifically stated otherwise, this Annexure shall be read together with all applicable sections of these Terms & Conditions, the Warranty & Service Policy and related commercial documents.

B.1 Intended Purpose

TechVMouta Mainline Protectors are designed to help provide electrical protection under intended operating conditions and should only be installed for compatible electrical systems. Customers remain responsible for ensuring compatibility with their electrical infrastructure before installation.

B.2 Professional Installation

The Company strongly recommends installation by a qualified electrician or appropriately trained electrical technician. Incorrect installation may affect product performance and safety.

B.3 Electrical Requirements

Correct Voltage, Correct Wiring, Correct Phase Configuration (where applicable), Proper Rated MCB/MCCB (where applicable), Suitable Electrical Connections.

B.4 Installation Location

The product should be installed in a clean, dry and adequately ventilated location. Direct exposure to excessive moisture, flooding, continuous water leakage or corrosive environments should be avoided.

B.5 Inspection Before Use

This Annexure governs the installation, operation, maintenance, warranty, technical support and commercial use of Permanent Magnet (PM) Motors supplied by TechVMouta. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Annexure shall form an integral part of the TechVMouta Terms & Conditions.

C.1 Intended Application

PM Series Motors supplied by TechVMouta are designed primarily for industrial and commercial applications. Customers shall ensure that the selected motor is technically suitable for their intended application before installation.

C.2 Installation

Installation should be carried out only by qualified electricians or trained technicians. Improper installation may reduce efficiency, affect performance or damage associated equipment.

C.3 Electrical Supply

Customers shall ensure proper electrical supply including: Correct Voltage, Stable Frequency, Correct Phase Sequence, Proper Cable Size, Suitable Protection Devices, Proper Earthing (where applicable).

C.4 Mechanical Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring: Proper Alignment, Correct Foundation, Proper Coupling, Suitable Mounting, Adequate Ventilation.

C.5 Operating Conditions

PM Series Motors should always be operated within their specified electrical and mechanical ratings. Operation beyond recommended limits may affect reliability and service life.

C.6 Cooling

Motor cooling passages should remain unobstructed. Adequate airflow should be maintained during operation.

C.7 Maintenance

Routine Inspection, Cleaning, Bearing Inspection, Electrical Connection Inspection, Periodic Tightening.

This Annexure shall be read together with the Company's Terms & Conditions, Warranty & Service Policy and Shipping Policy.

D.1 Intended Application

BLDC Fans supplied by TechVMouta are designed for indoor operation in residential, commercial and light industrial environments where compatible electrical conditions exist.

D.2 Installation

Installation should preferably be carried out by a qualified electrician. Incorrect installation, loose wiring or improper mounting may affect product performance and safety.

D.3 Electrical Supply

Correct Voltage, Proper Wiring, Suitable Electrical Connection, Stable Power Supply, Proper Switch & Protection.

D.4 Installation Location

The fan should only be installed on structurally suitable ceilings or approved mounting locations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the mounting surface is capable of supporting the installed fan safely.

D.5 Product Usage
