If any visible physical damage is observed, the customer should document the condition through clear photographs and videos. Visible transit damage should be reported to the Company within approximately two (2) hours of receipt.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe unloading, proper handling, and adequate storage. Until installation begins, products should preferably be stored in a clean, dry and secure indoor environment.
